What is the Toowoomba Royal Show about?
The Royal Show of Toowoomba is arranged by The Royal Agricultural
Society of Queensland, which was founded in 1860. It is actually a
fund-raising program that also aims at increasing educational outreach
of the residents of Toowoomba. This 12 hour show (from 9 am to 9 pm) has
Cooking and Handicraft, Crop Competition, Floriculture, Miss Showgirl
and Sheep Dog Trials as some of its events. The Royal Toowoomba Show
attracts visitors from the surrounding areas as well as the city itself.

If you have already thought of giving the Toowoomba show a try, these
are the points you should focus upon:
- There is a 6 to 9 pm evening show that has awesome fireworks display
every Thursday night. The “Extreme Night” of Friday and the "Royal
Queensland Tattoo" of Saturday are runaway hits!
- To attend the daily show, you must keep a check on the publication of
the complete programme in the net. Enjoy the Side Show Alley, the
Village Green area and Family Stage excitements.
- Get your tickets in advance from the Royal Agricultural Society of
Queensland office of Toowoomba. Gate passes may be also availed on the
spot with concessions for kids.

ATM: You will get your required cash from the Heritage ATM located
outside.
Ambulance: In case of any accident, you will get ready St. John’s
Ambulance in the Grand Central Building.
Police: If you happen to lose something in the crowd, contact the police
in the Glenvale Room office.
Parking: You can park your car without any hassles near the gates of the Toowoomba fair.
